I’ve discovered a simple way to make extra money — an easy $5 (and more by offering packages) over and over again. It’s through a website called Fiverr.com.

When I first started researching ways to make money from home, Fiverr was one of those websites I kept going back to because I had no problem getting buyers for my gigs. At the time, all gigs were $5 and sellers couldn’t upsell to more premium services.

Nowadays, there are many more sellers on Fiverr as well as services. The great new feature to Fiverr since I became a member, is gig packages. You can set your price from $5-$995 and offer three versions of your service at three different prices.

How to Make Money on Fiverr

You first register for a free account on Fiverr.com. You create a gig which gets shown to a global audience. If someone wants to purchase your gig, you will be notified in order to accept it. Then use Fiverr’s system to discuss the details with your buyer. You get paid through the system when the order is complete. It’s free to list a gig, and you get to keep 80% of each transaction.

I’ve used this website both as a seller and as a buyer. As a buyer, I had a video made of an article I wrote. As a seller, I wrote reviews of websites, wrote articles for websites, and researched targeted keywords to help internet marketers reach the first page of Google.

When you’re a seller, you state your terms. For instance, you’ll say what your gig includes, how many days it will take you to deliver it, and your gig package prices.

Make Money with Your Talent

This is the coolest website to make money that I have come across in a long time. Some people earn a full time living from Fiverr, while others keep their 9-5 job while using Fiverr to make extra money.

Have an idea for a side hustle but you’re not ready to make a big investment in it yet? Test out the waters on Fiverr! Many sellers on Fiverr list gigs to see if their idea is worthy of launching it on a larger scale. Since it’s free to set up an account, your investment is really only your time.
