Here’s a mega list of restaurants for people who want free birthday food, freebies, deals, promotions, and/or coupons.  Most of these restaurants ask you to provide your birth date to verify that you’re over 18 and, of course, to send you a birthday deal!

In addition, some restaurants will send you a coupon for a free meal just for signing up for their ” Club” and on your one-year anniversary of being a subscriber. Consider this extra money in your pocket!

Where the restaurant’s name is highlighted, you can click through to their sign-up page. This list is very thorough, but you may know of other restaurants that have a free birthday meal policy that isn’t included on it. Feel free to leave a comment, and I’ll add it here. Applebees – Word on the street is that you get an entire free meal by signing up for Applebee’s newsletter, but you will have to check with your local Applebees to confirm this. Shop Applebee’s gift cards at Raise.com!

Arby’s – Join Arby’s Rewards to make every visit count towards reaching $25. And every time you do, you’ll get $5 off your next order.

Atlanta Bread Company – Join their Loyalty Program and earn 1 point for $1 spent. Receive a $7 Reward for every 100 points.

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels – Sign up for Pretzel Perks and get coupons and great offers.

Bakers Square – Sign up for the eClub and get $3 off your order. You’ll also receive deals, coupons, and even a free slice of birthday pie on your big day.

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill – Join their Club Baja and receive 50 bonus points for signing up. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. 100 points = $10 reward. Also, receive member-only offers and a special offer on your birthday!

Baskin Robbins – Get a free Welcome Scoop after your first Qualified Purchase with Baskin-Robbins Rewards. If you are an existing Birthday Club member, you will continue to receive Birthday Club rewards regardless of whether you are enrolled in Baskin-Robbins Rewards.

Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream—Sign up for the newsletter and be the first to know about everything related to Ben & Jerry’s! You will receive an email about once a month, and it may include a coupon or a promotion in your area.

Benihana’s Japanese Restaurant -Join Kabuki Kids for kids 12 and under and they can receive a free souvenir mug with a purchase of a child’s meal during the month of their birthday.

BD’s Mongolian Grill – Join Club Mongo and they will send you emails regarding promotions, news, and events. When you sign up they will send you a gift and they’ll even have something special for you on your birthday.

Black Angus Steakhouse – Receive a complimentary dessert for joining the Prime Club and a free steak dinner with the purchase of a 2nd entrée of equal or greater value on your 1st birthday as a Prime Club member!

Bob Evans – Sign up to be the first to learn about delicious deals and new meals.

Bob’s Big Boy – I’m not exactly sure what you get for joining their e-club…there is also a Kid’s Club too so be sure to join that one too!

Buca di Beppo – Join the Buca di Beppo eClub and receive a free pasta. Offer valid for first-time subscribers only.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Sign up for their club and get special promotions. Not sure what they give out on your birthday. Download their app and start earning points that can be redeemed for free items.

Burger King – Download their app and get coupons on demand!

California Pizza Kitchen – Join Pizza Dough Rewards. Ask in-store regarding the benefits you will receive.

Captain D’s – By joining the D’s Club, you’ll receive special coupons and exclusive offers and be the first to know about new promotions and menu offerings. Also, just for signing up, receive a free dessert every week for a month (see website for terms and conditions)!

Chevy’s—Sign up for rewards and receive food for free, chips and guac, just for signing up. Plus, a free birthday food entree reward on your birthday month.

Chick-fil-A – Join Chick-fil-A’s free rewards program, Chick-fil-A One^®, and you’ll get points with every qualifying purchase. And before you know it, you’ll receive enough points for food rewards ranging from free sides and desserts to free entrees. Coldstone Creamery – Join their Cold Stone Club Rewards and receive a welcome Buy One, Get One FREE Creation, 25 Bonus Points loaded to your account (that’s halfway to a $5 Reward!), a reward every year on your birthday, and exclusive member-only offers.

Cosi – Once you’re registered with a Loyalty Account, eating Così earns you points (you’ll get them automatically if you order through the app or online account, or you can enter your phone # on the tablet when making an in-store purchase).

You’ll earn 1 Point for any qualifying beverage purchased and 2 Points for every qualifying entrée purchased. Once you’ve got 10 Points, you’ll be rewarded with a FREE beverage. I’m not sure if they still offer free birthday desserts. However, treat your flock to Isaac’s on Mondays with their Kids Eat Free Mondays! Get a FREE Kid’s Meal with the purchase of any regularly priced adult sandwich or green salad every Monday after 5 p.m. Valid on Dine-In or Takeout only.

Joe’s Crab Shack – Get their latest news and offers. Receive a free appetizer just for signing up!
