Best Part-Time Income Ideas
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, right? Especially if it’s easy money doing something you don’t mind doing or actually like doing. If you already have a full-time job, then you might not want all the extra hours a part-time job may require. You just might want or need an extra few hundred dollars a month to make things a little easier on yourself or to make ends meet.
I’ve written a lot of blog posts on best part-time income ideas in the past and truthfully, there are so many new websites and ideas that keep popping up that it’s hard to keep up with all of them. However, there are some websites that never disappoint and are still valid ways to make extra money. You guessed it: eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, and Etsy. Here are just three of the posts I’ve written on these websites:
- Finding Stuff To Sell On eBay Has Never Been Easier
- Selling Used Books On Amazon For Profit-Great Home Business!
- Savvy Techniques To Help You Find a Job On Craigslist
Recently, dog sitting and house sitting websites have been introduced to the marketplace and some of them are doing quite well. I did a post on How to Start a Pet Sitting Business using DogVacay.com and that service is flourishing. In fact, I mention my sister in the article who signed up as a host with DogVacay and her business has grown by leaps and bounds over the past couple of years!
Fiverr.com is also a great way to make an extra $50. This one has been around for a little while now and might even be getting a little tougher to get your “gigs” noticed. I used to get orders all the time. In fact, I had so many that I had to pause my gigs to play catch up. I don’t advertise gigs on Fiverr anymore. However, I do know that you can make more than $5 a gig if you meet certain criteria.
You need to complete a certain number of gigs within a certain amount of time. If you do, you qualify for a level that can earn you more money. If no one notices your gigs, you’ll have a hard time meeting the qualifications. So be sure to use your social media channels to advertise your Fiverr gigs. Here is where you can read up on the different Fiverr levels.
50 More Ways to Earn Extra Cash
Just like there’s never a shortage of why you need more cash, there’s never a shortage of ways to make an extra buck! Money Talk News founder, Stacy Johnson, published a list of 50 Ways to Make a Fast $50. She has divided these “ways” into different categories such as performing tasks, sitting, renting, selling, arts & crafts, manual labor and more. I was very impressed with the list and highly advise you take a look. Hopefully, there’s something on there that you can take advantage of. After all, can’t we all use an extra $50?
