I can’t believe that I didn’t know that eBay offers a “Deal of The Day.” I’ve written about Amazon’s Gold Box Deal of The Day, but never thought to check whether or not eBay had the same offering.
I especially love eBay’s Deal of The Day because not only do they offer deep discounts on great products, but they also offer FREE shipping.
Ebay’s new Deal of The Day starts every day at 8:00 a.m. PST and runs for 24 hours. Today, eBay is displaying four items. I was especially interested in the Apple iPod Touch 16GB G1 MP3 Player for $179.99–that’s 40% off the retail price. It’s refurbished but I don’t mind since the reason most people return their items is because they can’t figure out how to use them (see my article “Refurbs Rule! Best Refurbished Product Websites Revealed!“). I’m such a big fan of refurbs, I even dedicated a page here on MyMochaMoney.com to the best refurbished electronics!
The other cool Deal of The Day product today is a Vizio 42″ HDTV 1080p Flat Screen LCD TV for $629.99–that’s a $200 savings off the retail price PLUS free shipping! If I needed a new TV, I’d be all over that deal!
All the Deals of The Day featured today are from eBay Powersellers that also run an eBay store (I’m not sure if eBay just features products from Powersellers, but I’ll assume that’s the way it is). In fact, the eBay Powerseller offering the Apple Ipod Touch, was Best Buy through their eBay Best Buy Outlet Store. I didn’t know Best Buy ran an outlet store on eBay but now that I know, I’m sure I’ll be visiting often (see their store below)!
Don’t Miss Another Deal Of The Day!
Be sure to get eBay’s Deal of The Day emailed to you every day. First, go to eBay and sign up for a FREE eBay account (if you don’t already have one). Second, sign up for eBay’s Email Alert. That’s it! Have fun and happy shopping!
