Save Money On Books Now!
I’m a huge fan of books and have spent hundreds of dollars on new books in the past. My favorite books are business books relating to finance & money, entrepreneurship, success, and the internet. Maybe what I should say is that I’m a fan of knowledge. I love learning something new, and can’t help but want to buy and keep the book that stores new information that will make me rich, successful, happy, or whatever else is missing from life at a particular moment. I always think that I may want to reference a book in the future, so I feel like it needs a permanent place on my bookshelf so it’s readily available when a void needs to be filled on any given day.
I sell used books on Amazon and have found many ways to save money on books so that I can resell them for a profit. However, I have also kept many of the books that I’ve found because there are times I find books on subjects that I love and I can’t bring myself to part with them. These books have found their way to a permanent location on my overcrowded bookcase, and I have yet to read them. They sit waiting to be plucked from their snug spot among the other thrift store finds only to impart the wisdom oozing from their stale smelling pages upon me.
Since I love books not only to sell, but to become part of my personal library, I need to find the best ways to save money on books. One of my favorite blogs, GetRichSlowly.org written by J.D., included a post asking readers how they save money on books. I was intrigued by this post because I wanted to see if anyone had a way to save money on books that I hadn’t thought of yet. Here are some of the ways GetRichSlowly’s readers save money on books:
